Directions:

Network Care of Dallas is located in the Concorde on the Creek office building on Hillcrest Plaza Drive just south of I-635 (LBJ) on the west side of Hillcrest Road.

FROM CENTRAL EXPRESSWAY:
Take the LBJ (I-635) exit and go west to Hillcrest Road. Turn left (south) on Hillcrest and go about 2/10ths of a mile to the signal light at Hillcrest Plaza Drive. Turn right (west) on Hillcrest Plaza Drive. Concorde on the Creek will be on your left. Network Care of Dallas is on the first floor, Suite 203, at the east end of the building.

FROM LBJ (I-635) coming east:
Take the Hillcrest Road exit and move to the right lane of the service road. Hillcrest Plaza Drive will be on your right about 1/4 mile before the signal light at Hillcrest Road. Turn right (south) on Hillcrest Plaza Drive and Concorde on the Creek will be on your right. Network Care of Dallas is on the first floor, Suite 203, at the east end of the building.
